JetStar Announce Darwin – Manila Service.

Jetstar’s Darwin - Manila route is now available for booking. Services will commence on 9th February 2012 with the following timings:

JQ75 Darwin 1900 - Manila 2140 Wed/Fri/Sun

JQ76 Manila 2255 - Darwin 0500+1 Wed/Fri/Sun.

All flights will be operated by Airbus A320 aircraft.

JetStar A320 VH-VQO JQ888 Brisbane Return.

Airbus A320 VH-VQO operating flight JQ888 from Brisbane - Mackay returned to Brisbane when the gear could not be retracted. Traces of hydraulic fluid was found on the runway. The flight was cancelled and passengers re-booked.

JetStar to Launch Coolangatta – Hobart Service.

JetStar is to launch a daily Coolangatta - Hobart flights on December 22nd 2010. Flights will be operated by A320s as follows:

JQ731 Coolangatta 1010 - Hobart 1245.

JQ732 Hobart 1315 - Coolangatta 1535.

Airbus A330-200 VH-EBF operating flight JQ28 Phuket - Sydney diverted to Singapore due to an autopilot malfunction. Passengers were re-booked onto other flights.
